The Salming Slide 5 is a lightweight goalkeeper shoe with excellent gliding characteristics and maximized flexibility. It is the fifth generation of the Salming Slide, which was the world's first goalkeeper shoe. The glide area is padded and made of highly durable polyester nylon material that performs excellently on any floor quality.
Salming has chosen to further reinforce the exposed sides. The goalkeeper shoe features an asymmetrical lacing covered by an ExoTongue construction that keeps the lacing in place and protected throughout the game.
Note that the goalkeeper shoe only weighs 270 grams (UK 9).
