Terms of service

1. Terms of purchase

You must be 18 years of age to place orders on the Website. If you are under 18, you must have a guardian's permission to shop. According to Swedish law, we do not approve credit purchases for people under the age of 18. Innebandy24 reserves the right to refuse or make changes to your order (e.g. if you have provided incorrect personal information or exhibited fraudulent behavior.) By accepting the terms of purchase and completing your order, you acknowledge that you are either 18 years of age or have a guardian's permission.

2. Prices

All prices are stated including value added tax (VAT) unless otherwise specified. Costs for shipping are not included in the price but are added and reported and charged separately when ordering. Indicated prices may be changed by Innebandy24 without notice.

3. Lowest Price Guarantee

We are constantly working to offer the market's most competitive prices. If there's ever a time when we can't match a lower price from a competitor when you shop with us, our Lowest Price Guarantee will make sure you still get the best possible deal. In addition to price-matching the competitor's price, we also deduct an additional 5% on the price-matched item. All that is required from your end is that you document and demonstrate that the product is available at the stated price.

The following conditions need to be met at the time of purchase for the lowest-price guarantee to apply:

- The product must be of the same brand and model.
- You must be able to document that a competitor has a lower price.
- The documentation must be obtained from a dealer that has the current price.
- The documentation must show that the product and any variant thereof are in stock and can be purchased at the current price.
- If a shipping cost is added at the retailer, it is included in the calculation when the price is compared.
- The purchase must be made on equal terms. It cannot apply to a geographically restricted price offer or a price table exclusive to a store. Examples of this are opening offers, local trading days, local stock clearance and the like.
- To use the low-price guarantee, you need to inform us of the lower price at the time of purchase.

4. Time of agreement

When Innebandy24 has confirmed your order with an order confirmation via e-mail, you enter into an agreement with Innebandy24 AB, org: 556811-8714 and thereby accept our terms of purchase. The terms and conditions are only applicable to you who are consumers and who place orders via the website.

5. Payment options

We currently offer payment with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Swish (Sweden), Vipps (Norway), MobilePay (Finland) and Qliro invoice and finance. Note that Qliro may adjust its payment options depending on which customer it is.

6. Gift cards

  • Online gift cards are delivered digitally to your email with a unique code. They can only be used for purchases in our online store and are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

    • Valid only in the currency and country where purchased (e.g. SEK in Sweden).

    • Cannot be used to purchase new gift cards but can be combined with discounts and promotions.

  • In-store gift cards can only be used in our Bromma store. You receive a physical plastic gift card with a barcode, which is used when paying at the register.

Gift cards are a form of monetary value – please keep them safe. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Open purchase, right of withdrawal, and exchanges do not apply to gift cards.

7. Handling & Delivery

Innebandy24 currently delivers to Sweden, Finland and Norway.

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 24h (weekdays). Orders received Friday-Sunday and during public holidays are usually processed the next business day. In the case of campaigns, processing may take a little longer (2-3 weekdays) due to higher volumes.

From the time your order is picked up by the shipping company from our warehouse, it takes a few more days before the package reaches the delivery point.

When your order is packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking link to the e-mail entered at the time of your order. There you can easily follow your package on the way to the service point.

Innebandy24 takes no financial responsibility for any delays or transport damage due to the transport company. We are also not responsible for lost packages during delivery as it is beyond our control.

8. Shipping

Sweden - The shipping cost is SEK 69. For orders over SEK 699, shipping is free.

Finland - The shipping cost is €9.90. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping to Norway.

Norway - The shipping cost is 129 NOK. For orders over NOK 1500, the shipping cost is NOK 89. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping to Norway.

For heavy or bulky shipments, a higher shipping fee may be charged. Your total shipping fee is always calculated and entered at checkout before you pay.


9. Damaged packages and unclaimed packages

If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately notify the carrier and fill in a damage report. Do not return a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage before opening the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it could be due to the carrier's handling, you should contact them and fill out a damage report. If a dispute with the carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.

If your order is not picked up, and sent back to us from the carrier, we will charge a fee equivalent of SEK 350, regardless of the order value, to cover the cost of our work with the order.


10. Open purchase/Right of withdrawal

You always have the right to cancel your order within 60 days when purchasing on the website. The cancellation period is counted from the date you received your order.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, with any protective plastic, patches and labels remaining, and in an otherwise unused and undamaged condition.

To streamline the handling of returns, we ask you to register your product via the link below.

Once your return is registered, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions and a prepaid return label. Attach the return label to the package before you hand it in to your agent.

When you return an item, you can choose between:

  • Store Credit: You will receive the value of the item as a gift card to use at Innebandy24, and the return is completely free.
  • Refund: The amount will be refunded to you, but 69 SEK / €7.90 / 99 NOK will be deducted as a return fee from the amount refunded when we have received and approved your return.

Important! If you use the same e-commerce packaging that your goods came in for your return - make sure to attach the return label on top of the original shipping label so that the return arrives correctly. If you miss this, DHL may charge a fee for its handling. In that case, you as the customer will be charged this.



The refund will be made to you without delay when the return has been received, unpacked and approved at our warehouse, but no later than within 14 days of receipt. For the refund, the same payment method that you used for the order is used. If you have purchased your goods with a Qliro invoice and have not yet paid for the order, the invoice will be settled and returned goods will be removed. If you have made a return of an item that you paid for with a gift card, we will issue a new digital gift card to the email used when ordering.

Right of withdrawal does not apply to companies and special orders.

11. Gifts with purchase

When returning purchased products, gifts that have been received by Innebandy24 due to the purchase must also be returned. If this does not happen, we reserve the right to charge the customer the current sales price of the gift.


12. Exchanges

Norway: Please note that for technical reasons we do not offer exchanges to our customers in Norway.

Finland and Sweden: Exchanges are only possible if you want to exchange for the same item in a new size (e.g. a different size of shoe or garment or a different length of stick). If you want to exchange for a completely different item, you will need to make a return and place a new order.

To make an exchange, you need to register your exchange via the link below before sending the item back. There you will receive clear instructions on how to proceed. Once we have received the item you want to exchange, we will send out the new size that you have chosen in your registration. We will cover the return shipping.

13. Complaints

Floorball24 offers floorball products of the highest quality from the world's leading brands. If your item is, contrary to expectations, defective, damaged in transit or wrongly sent, we ask you to contact us as soon as you discover the defect. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a consumer must complain about a defect within a reasonable time as soon as you have discovered the defect. Defects that are discovered on goods and that are reported within 2 months are always considered to be within a reasonable time. If you complain later than three years after you received the item, you cannot claim the defect.

Complaint of floorball stick

Floorball sticks, regardless of brand, model or price, have a tendency to wear or break over time due to the nature of the game. These sticks are made of composite and/or fiberglass and meet the requirements and standards set by the International Floorball Federation (IFF) for floorball equipment. If floorball sticks are subjected to exceptional stress beyond normal play, the material must yield for safety reasons.

Only complaints due to manufacturing defects are normally accepted by our suppliers/brands. Manufacturing defects usually do not occur on individual products, but affect an entire series, an entire delivery or the like. If such situations arise, it is a valid reason to make a complaint.

Due to the nature of the game, the sticks can sometimes break or crack. Unfortunately, when this happens, it is not a manufacturing fault, and there is therefore no reason to complain or return the product.


14. Promotional prices, offers and discount codes

The prices during a promotion are only valid when the promotion is valid on the website. This means that you cannot get the same price for an order placed before a promotion has started, nor if it has already ended.

When using a discount code, it is registered at checkout. To use the discount code, add items to the shopping cart, go to checkout and enter a discount code in the discount code field. Only one discount code can be applied at a time. In most cases, a discount code cannot be combined with other offers.

If you have a digital gift card that you want to combine with a discount code, use the gift card on the order and contact us via email after placing the order, so we can adjust the discount manually afterwards.


15. Disclaimer

Innebandy24 reserves itself for possible image and typographical errors on the website. This includes errors in product description, incorrect prices or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock.

Innebandy24 reserves the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time.

Innebandy24 reserves the right that product images on the website may differ from the product's exact appearance and that images may show different color variations depending on the device's screen. Innebandy24 is not responsible for information on the website that comes from third parties.


16. Force Majeure

Innebandy24 is not obliged to fulfill the purchase if there is an obstacle that Innebandy24 cannot overcome or could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account at the time of the purchase or if fulfillment would require sacrifices that are not reasonable with regard to the customer's interest in Innebandy24 completing the purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, the following factors: riot, war, strike, natural disaster, etc.

You, as a customer, are also not entitled to compensation for the suffering or damage caused by Innebandy24's delay or error if the delay or error is due to an obstacle beyond Innebandy24's control that Innebandy24 could not reasonably be expected to have anticipated at the time of purchase and whose consequences Innebandy24 neither could reasonably have been avoided, overcome or foreseen.


17. Personal data

We have a legal right to process personal data to fulfill our contractual obligations with you when you purchase products on our website. We process personal data in order to be able to fulfill our obligations according to the agreements with you when you buy products on the website.

18. Applicable Law

Swedish law applies to these purchase conditions.
