Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently deliver to Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
What does the shipping cost?
- Sweden - The shipping cost is 69 SEK. For orders over 699 SEK, shipping is free.
- Finland - The shipping cost is €9.90. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping to Finland.
- Norway - The shipping cost is 129 NOK. For orders over 1500 NOK, the shipping cost is 89 NOK. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping to Norway.
For heavy or bulky shipments, a higher shipping fee may be charged. Your total shipping fee is always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
- Sweden - Orders are shipped as postal parcels with DHL to the nearest pick-up point. Delivery time is approximately 1–2 business days.
- Finland - Orders are shipped with DHL to the nearest pick-up point. Delivery time is approximately 2–4 business days.
- Norway - Orders are shipped with DHL to the nearest pick-up point. Delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Swish (Sweden), Vipps (Norway), MobilePay (Finland), and Qliro invoice and installment payments. Please note that Qliro may adjust its available payment options depending on the customer.
When will I receive my order?
BOrders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours (business days). Orders placed Friday–Sunday and on public holidays are generally processed the next business day. During campaigns, processing may take slightly longer (2–3 business days) due to higher volumes.

How do I track my order?
When your package is ready for delivery, you will receive an email informing you that your package is on its way, along with a tracking number.

What should I do if my package is missing?
Innebandy24 is not responsible for delays or lost packages during delivery. If your package has not arrived, we ask that you first contact DHL with your tracking number and register a case with them.
What should I do if my package is damaged upon delivery?
Innebandy24 is not responsible for transport damage. If you notice damage to the package, you must immediately inform the carrier and fill out a damage report. Do not accept a damaged package! If you do not notice the damage until after opening the package, and the damage appears to be caused by the carrier’s handling, you should contact them and file a damage report.
If a dispute with the carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.
I entered the wrong name/phone number and cannot pick up my package. What should I do?
If you have entered the wrong name or phone number in your order and are therefore unable to pick up your package, you can contact us and we will help you.
We then need to contact DHL to make a name or phone number change on the shipment. We charge a fee of 230 SEK for this change, which covers DHL’s penalty fee to us as well as our own handling cost.
We will send you a payment link, and once the fee has been paid, we will proceed and contact DHL to carry out the change.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
If your order is not collected and is returned to us by DHL (after approximately 7 days), a fee of 350 SEK will be charged for return shipping and handling. Unclaimed packages are not considered returns.
You can extend the holding period via the notification link from DHL by 7 days at a time, up to two times, completely free of charge.
If the package has already been returned but you want us to send it again, we can do so for 230 SEK (provided the return handling has not yet begun).
Exchanges and returns
What is your return and exchange policy?
You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 60 days from the date you received your order. Please note that we do not offer a return policy for our gift cards.
The return shipping cost is 69 SEK / €7.90 / 99 NOK and will be deducted from the amount refunded once we have received and approved your return.
To be approved, the returned item must be in its original packaging, with protective film, tags, and labels intact, and in unused and undamaged condition.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses or special orders, and that products modified at the customer’s request (e.g., a shortened stick or a changed blade/grip) are not covered by the return policy.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order as long as it has not been packed or shipped from our warehouse.
If you placed your order after 16:00, it can be canceled until 10:00 the following business day. After that, the order unfortunately cannot be stopped, but you can of course make a return according to our current procedures.

How do I make a return?
If you want to return an item, please notify us via our return form. Provide your order number and specify which products you want to return.
Once your return has been registered, we will send a prepaid return label via email. Attach the return label to the package before handing it over to the carrier."
If you use the same e-commerce packaging that your items arrived in, make sure to place the return label on top of the original shipping label. If this is not done, DHL may charge a handling fee, which will then be billed to you as the customer.
How do I make an exchange?
We do not offer exchanges, only returns and refunds.
If you want to exchange for the same product in a different size, we will cover the return shipping cost the first time. Place a new order for the new size, then email us your new order number along with the old order number and the item number of the product you want to return. We will then send you a prepaid return label, which you attach to the package before handing it over to the carrier.
Once we have received your return, we will issue a full refund for the returned item.
What happens if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@innebandy24.se as soon as possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and at least two photos showing the damage or defect on the product.
When can I expect my refund?
When your return has been received, unpacked, and approved at our e-commerce warehouse, the refund will be issued without delay, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid via Qliro and have not yet paid the invoice, this will be adjusted automatically by Qliro once the return is registered.
If you paid with a gift card, a new digital gift card will be sent to the email address used for the order.

Product questions
What stick length should I use?
The stick should generally reach about up to your navel when you are standing. A longer stick gives better reach, while a shorter one provides more control and agility. The ideal length depends on your height and playing style.

What flex should I choose for my stick?
Flex indicates how stiff the shaft is — lower value = stiffer shaft, higher value = softer shaft. The flex you should choose depends on your strength, technique, and playing style.
For male players, a flex between 23–27 is usually suitable, while female players often use between 28–30. Juniors and children benefit from a softer flex, e.g., 30–36.

What blade curve should I use?
If you hold the stick to the left and have your right hand on top, you are a left-handed player. If you hold the stick to the right and have your left hand on top, you are a right-handed player.
In short – the hand you place on top determines whether you are left or right.
What blade plastic should I choose?
It depends on the feel you want in your game.
- PE (Polyeten) – Medium hardness, providing good durability and stability.
- PP (Polypropen) – Softer plastic, offering better ball control and touch.
- PP+ / PPH – A harder variant for more power and faster shots.
Gift cards
Do you sell gift cards?
We offer both physical and digital gift cards.
Physical gift cards can be purchased and used in our Store.
Digital gift cards are sent directly via email and are valid only in our online store.
Please note that the two types cannot be used interchangeably — a physical gift card cannot be used online, and a digital gift card cannot be used in-store.
If you want to combine a digital gift card with a discount code, use the gift card when placing your order and then contact us by email at info@innebandy24.se, and we will adjust the discount manually afterwards..
Please note that we do not offer open purchase on gift cards.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Physical gift cards are only valid in-store – present the card at the checkout when paying.
Digital gift cards are only valid in the online shop – enter the code in the “Gift card/Discount code” field at checkout.
The value will automatically be deducted from your order, and any remaining amount can be paid using any of our other payment methods.
You can also use multiple gift cards in the same order.
