Alfred Lagerlöf
Alfred Lagerlöf is 17 years old and has been playing floorball since the age of six. Today he plays for Rosersberg Arlanda IBK's JAS team and attends floorball high school in Solna. Floorball is a natural and central part of his everyday life – both on and off the court.
He began his career as an outfield player but chose to focus fully on goalkeeping at the age of ten. A decision that quickly proved to be the right one. The role of last outpost suits Alfred well – he enjoys the responsibility, leadership and being the one who creates security at the back.
One of his greatest achievements to date is when he and his team reached the USM playoffs in the 24/25 season and finished 11th in Sweden. During the same season, the team also won Best in Town P16 – two clear milestones in his development.
As a person, Alfred is committed, confident and communicative. He likes to take a leading role, both in the locker room and on the field. During warm-ups and matches, he is often the one who drives and lifts the team. He has been involved in several player councils and sees leadership as a natural part of his game.
In goal, he strives to be stable and consistent – a goalkeeper who sits correctly, is calm throughout the game and inspires confidence. At the same time, he is offensive in his goalkeeping and likes to contribute with quick and precise throws to initiate transitions and create scoring chances.
When it comes to equipment, Alfred has long played with Unihoc and Blindsave, two brands he appreciates for their quality and feel. He has also used Promask and Reyrr and places great importance on finding the right fit and grip in the details.Outside of floorball, he enjoys working out at the gym, hanging out with friends, or taking a walk with his dog. A vacation with his family, good food, and time to relax are things he values highly.
